Support for Siemens TIA Portal Goes into the Next Round

A few weeks ago, Siemens launched the new version 15 of the TIA Portal automation Software.

The new VisiWinNET/VisiWin7 driver version now supports TIA Portal version 15.
 
The driver allows to import variables from a connected PLC as well as directly from the TIA Portal project. Non-optimized data blocks via the well-known RFC1006 protocol (ISO on TCP) as well as the new, optimized data blocks are both supported. At runtime, optimized data blocks are accessed using symbolic variable names.


The new VisiWin SiemensS7 driver has already been successfully put into service in many client applications. Data throughput has increased considerably due to a highly optimized communications library.

Successful Cooperation with KEBA

IN SEARCH OF AN ESTABLISHED HMI SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE WITH VARIOUS PLCs, KEBA FOUND A STRONG PARTNER IN INOSOFT.

Based on VisiWin 7.2, an open, parameterizable and programmable platform, INOSOFT developed VisiWin KEBA OEM, a tailor-made, native HMI solution for all KEBA handheld terminals, especially the KeTop T150.

The modular design of the T150 device is mirrored by the VisiWin software. Moreover, clients can switch from the KEBA optimized OEM software to INOSOFT VisiWin full version if required. Further information on the cooperation
