Since approx. March 2022, there have been problems with VisiWin 7 regarding Sophos virus scanner. Execution of VisiWin 7 applications and installation of VisiWin 7 are terminated with an error message.
When a VisiWin 7 application is started, the following message appears in the client log file:
<TimeStamp ...> [Project] [Error] Cannot load server project. Name: , Machine:
During the installation, error messages as shown in the screenshots appear.
Solution
If you are testing our software, disable Sophos virus scanner (temporarily).
If you are using our software, set a scan exception in the virus scanner.
