On a personal note...

The first news of the year is about some organizational details. Our aim is to accommodate current developments and to provide more transparency and convenience for our clients.

First of all we would like to wish you a Happy New Year. We hope you have safely arrived in 2012. Bear in mind that 12/12/12 will be the last "lucky date" for a long time. So, if you are planning a memorable event there is plenty of time left to organize it.

The beginning of a new year is a perfect opportunity to improve our organization and its transparency. Two bits of news on this subject:

1. More and more clients prefer to order by email instead of letter or fax. As an organizational improvement we have, therefore, introduced a new central email address. With immediate effect

   is the contact address for your orders. This central email address will ensure speedy processing through multiple workstations. You will be automatically notified on receipt of an email by our server. Subsequently, you will receive the acknowledgment of order followed by the goods together with the invoice as usual. 
   You would prefer to address your order to your personal contact instead? Of course this is still possible. In that case please copy order@inosoft.com. That way speedy processing is still guaranteed even if your personal contact should not be in that day.
2. Our General Terms and Conditions are now also available online. In the past they were provided in printed format or by email. You can now find their current versions in German and English on our website.
